I have spent the majority of my life being fat. I have worked very hard (on and off) to change my body. In years past I had some good results, on to lose them again. 2012 has been my best year. I have spent a lot of time lifting weights, running and jumping, punching and kicking, and rolling on the mats. I’ve also been trying to eat better. This has been the most difficult part. I have never been one to eat pizza and burgers every day, but I do like to eat until I am stuffed. It’s almost as if I can’t stop. I eat when I am depressed and/or bored.
