I gained a fair amount of weight throughout December, so I’ve been thinking about exercising, training, skiing, BJJ, Muay Thai, etc, etc, quite a bit. I don’t want to say that I am going to set resolutions because I find those to be stupid, but I think if I pick a couple of things to focus on monthly, or even quarterly, I’ll stay focused.
